In the field and the studio: Miami Montage 2024

Miami Montage 2024 students produced video stories and a full newscast to showcase their work.

On this episode of Miami Montage, we will introduce you to some of the proposed amendments that Florida residents will have a chance to vote on in November, such as legalization of recreational marijuana, and hunting and fishing regulations. Plus, we will tell you how “Don’t Say Gay” regulations in the Sunshine State have affected the LGBTQ+ community. We will also explore young voters’ perspectives and their influence on the 2024 presidential election, and we will examine the impact that one new veto could have on the arts community in Florida.
